DELIVERY

Delivery Charges 

All orders will be subject to a carriage charge of £5 including vat (geographical exclusions apply). For all orders over £25 including vat carriage will be free of charge (geographical exclusions apply).  We deliver to UK mainland only. Delivery charges may differ and are visible at the checkout stage, if you are unsure about our charges and locations please contact us or use live chat for accurate pricing. 

Delivery Dates & Times 

We will always strive to deliver any item the next working day if ordered by 3pm. A working day is Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.  

Delivery Tickets 

If goods are delivered by a carrier that requires a signature we would ask these goods are signed for when they arrive, we would politely request that you sign and clearly print your name, therefore, in the unlikely event of a delivery discrepancy we will have a person to contact by name. 

Delivery Errors 

We would ask that you check that you have received the correct goods and that all items are in good condition while the delivery person is still present, in the unlikely event that damage has occurred to your goods please accept the goods (please don’t return to sender) and mark this clearly on the delivery persons paperwork and contact our offices via our live chat function as soon as possible. Failure to mark the delivery persons paperwork correctly may result in claims for damages not being honoured. 

Delivery Area Exclusions

Unfortunately we can’t currently accept online orders for the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands or ROI & Northern Ireland. Please contact us for a carriage quote.

RETURNS 

Returns procedure 

Returns are accepted by Wall Wizard Ltd within 28 days of original purchase date and should be sent with a copy of the original ‘proof of purchase’. The customer should contact Wall Wizard Ltd for return authorisation before returning goods. The customer is liable to organise the return carrier or postal service and for the cost of the return. Goods should be returned in original packaging in 100% resaleable condition to:

Refunds policy 

Goods will be inspected within 3 days of their return and, provided they are in 100% resaleable condition, a refund via original payment method will be processed within a further 2 working days. 

The inspection and refund may take up to 5 working days after return has been received to fully process.
